At Princess Goes Hollywood, we want you to be completely enamored with your new fashion pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized shipping point and keep your receipt to track the status of your return until it reaches our warehouse.
